Refund Policy
As a member, you may cancel your subscription within 7 days of the purchase. You receive a full refund for subscriptions canceled during the cancellation period as long as you have not used any of the benefits or features of the membership described in our terms and conditions.
It is important to note
We only consider refunds for the membership subscription only. We do not give Membership refunds for complaints about other members or profile upgrades.
If you are not satisfied with your membership and would like to request a refund, please contact us at cs@clubchica.com with the following information
– Full Name
– Transaction date
– Transaction amount
– The first four and last four digits of the credit or debit card that was used for the purchase
– Registered email address
– Reason for your refund request
